2.2 Information Collected Through Integrations

  • Code Repository Metadata: Commit messages, branch names, pull request titles and descriptions, contributor identities, timestamps, and repository statistics. We do not access, store, or process your source code.
  • Meeting Transcripts: Transcribed text from connected meeting platforms (Fathom, Otter, Fireflies) that you explicitly authorize.
  • Project Management Data: Task titles, descriptions, statuses, and metadata from connected tools (Jira, Linear, Notion).
  • Financial Data: Budget allocations, cost metrics, and ROI calculations you input or that are derived from connected systems.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, queries submitted to Cortex AI, session duration, and interaction patterns.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, device identifiers, and general location (city/country level).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve our CTO Intelligence Platform and its features.

Our Services include AI-powered features, including Cortex, our natural language reasoning engine. When you use these features:

  • We may use anonymized, aggregated patterns to improve our AI models, but we do not use your identifiable business data to train models used by other customers.
  • AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes and should be validated before making business decisions.

Data connected to InteliG is visible to authorized members of your organization based on the permissions you configure. You are responsible for managing access within your team.

5.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. Retention periods vary by plan:

  • Starter: 30 days of historical data
  • Teams: 1 year of historical data
  • Enterprise: Configurable retention, including unlimited

Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes, enforcing agreements).

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
