Autonomous Intelligence
Autonomous Intelligence is the category InteliG is building. A system that reads engineering execution, derives strategy from it, and explains it back to the business without anyone maintaining metadata.
The shift it represents
For decades, engineering organizations have answered the question "what is my team building?" with rituals. Standups. Sprint reviews. Status decks. OKR check-ins. Jira tickets. Slack threads. All of it filtered through humans, all of it lossy, all of it stale by the time it lands on the CTO's desk.
AI-abundant code production breaks those rituals further. You can't sprint-plan agents. You can't standup with copilots. The instrument that survives is the one that reads execution where execution actually lives — in code, in pull requests, in decisions, in deployments — and reasons about it.
Autonomous Intelligence is that instrument. Instead of asking the organization to declare its strategy upfront and then maintain a thousand connections back to the work, the system reads the work and derives the strategy. The picture builds itself, continuously, from real activity.
How InteliG implements it
InteliG composes three capabilities into an Autonomous Intelligence layer: Initiative Discovery reads commits and proposes a hierarchy of themes, initiatives, and workstreams. Atomic Code Linking automatically attributes every commit to the right initiative, without ownership rules or Jira hygiene. Cognis Memory holds the persistent context of who you are and what your organization is doing across every conversation.
Together, the three lift the manual maintenance burden off the engineering team and put it on the system. The result is a living intelligence layer that knows what your team is shipping, what's slipping, and why — without anyone curating it.
